According to witness/fan accounts, L was caught by customs at a Mexican airport for trying to smuggle chicken--not just any chicken but RAW chicken--into the country. And the look on L's face when he realized that his chicken would be confiscated was just...so incredibly crestfallen that our hearts gave out to the poor chicken-loving soul. Allegedly, L wasn't stopped at any other airports but the one in Mexico, which is pretty strange but hey, who are we to question the weird customs rules.
Pssssst, L, there's good chicken in Mexico too! Next time, you don't need to pack raw chicken and carry it over the Pacific Ocean.
